1. Addressing Social Needs & Community Issues

The core problem we address is the educational disparity among underprivileged children in North American urban centers. According to recent educational studies, children from low-income families are 30% less likely to complete secondary education without external support. This creates a cycle of poverty that is difficult to break without intervention.

2. Our Core Mission

Our mission is to empower children through education by removing financial and resource barriers, ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

3. Long-term Vision (5-10 Years)

We envision a future where educational resources are universally accessible. Within 10 years, we aim to have established a nationwide network of support that has successfully transitioned over 10,000 children from at-risk environments into higher education and stable careers.

4. SMART Goals (1-3 Years)

Our initial goals include: Providing tuition assistance to 500 students in the Delaware area by 2027; Distributing 5,000 sets of modern learning tools (laptops and textbooks) within 24 months; and Establishing 5 community-based tutoring centers by the end of year 3.

5. Target Beneficiaries

Our primary beneficiaries are children aged 5-18 from low-income households in North America, with a secondary focus on their families to provide a supportive home learning environment.

7. Theory of Change

Input: Funding and Volunteers → Activities: Tutoring and Financial Aid → Output: Improved Grades and Attendance → Long-term Impact: Economic Independence and Community Development.
